Each of our stylists is assigned a level based on their years of education and experience. A higher level indicates a higher level of education and/or experience.
All hair services begin with a consultation and prices vary based on each service provider’s experience level, as well as guests hair requirements. It is our policy to securely hold a card on file, at the time of booking. Our cancellation policy requires 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled service. If there is a cancellation within 24 hours of the service, the cancellation fee will be charged. This is 50% of the booked services price. If there is a no-show for the service, 100% of the booked service price will be charged. We send all guests text and email confirmation reminders. Our New Talent stylists are licensed cosmetologists who are currently in our Salon Enso Academy training program. They are working closely with our educators to learn and execute the service expectations at Salon Enso. Their price of service reflects their stage in the training program.
