Salon Enso is an Aveda Concept Salon where our core values are education, relationships and growth. We provide a professional salon environment for both team members and guests alike. As a team, we work together to build and nurture relationships through quality service and unsurpassed hair care. Salon Enso has systems that help our stylists with personal and professional growth. We are looking forward to expanding our team with motivated stylists who are looking to join a dynamic team.

For stylists with 2 years or less of experience, we offer a comprehensive training program through our Academy. The Academy is developed from the “why” perspective of hairdressing. Beauty schools do a beautiful job at teaching “how” to do hair and the Salon Enso Academy builds on those skills by layering on WHY hair behaves the way it does. When stylists know the why and the how, they can create customized looks for guests with more accuracy and confidence. The Academy also takes a deep dive into our salon and Aveda culture, best practices for growing your clientele and solid foundational knowledge in the disciplines of cutting, coloring and styling. There are approximately 11 classes. The Academy student goal is to complete the Academy program within 6 months.

Candidates must:

Qualified applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They should be able to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues and must be able to remain calm in high stress situations. Assigned tasks must be completed in a timely manner.

An ideal applicant will be a self-starter, well-organized and detail-oriented.
