Why Levels?

Our stylists are assigned levels based on their years of experience and continuing education. The higher the level, the more specialized their training — but every member of our team is held to the same standard of care and guest experience.

What is  New Talent Stylist?

Our New Talent stylists are licensed cosmetologists currently in the Salon Enso Academy training program. They work closely with our educators to meet Salon Enso’s service standards — and their pricing reflects where they are in that journey. Booking with New Talent is a wonderful way to experience our team at a lower price point while supporting the next generation of stylists.
