Darcy started with the Aveda product line in 2001 directly after graduation from cosmetology school. She has traveled with Aveda to New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Boston, London, Vancouver, and Minneapolis to continue her education with the company. Her passion for precision hair cutting took her to Chicago to study at the Vidal Sassoon Academy. Darcy has also worked as a teaching assistant at the Aveda Advanced Academy in Denver, Co.
She is a graduate of the Assets Lancaster business program and opened Salon Enso in 2011. Darcy not only values education for her skills behind the chair but strives to better her knowledge of the best customer and business practices through partnering with the local SCORE chapter. Both her business and styling works have been published locally.
Darcy prides herself on being very detail oriented and has created an environment within her salon that closely embodies the attributes of the Aveda mission and lifestyle.

She has furthered her education by attending classes through Aveda. Lisa enjoys her career and getting to use her creativity to help clients feel their best.
She has been married since 2005, is the mother of three beautiful children and 2 large, energetic dogs!
See Lisa's WorkStephanie loves Aveda. She sought out this product line like "a plant and flower essence sniffing hound dog." So, it is no surprise that she began her career with Aveda in 2008.
Steph has developed a passion for color and has recently become an Aveda color educator. She has continued to take classes in up-styling, cutting (razor and scissor), color, and Balyage technique.
To Steph, hair is an expression of oneself. "You are the one accessory you wear every day." Whether it's a spritely short cut, something classically groomed, bold color, or "beachy" highlights, Steph is ready to dive in with her guests… head first.

During my career I have enjoyed continuing my education, keeping my skills polished and staying current with trends. Those many classes have taken me to New York, Philadelphia, DC & Virginia.
As a mom of 3 boys I understand the need for easy, low maintenance hairstyles that make you feel great. I love listening to my guests and helping them achieve the haircut, color & style they desire.
Thank you to my loyal clients for voting me Lancaster County Magazine's 2018 'favorite hairstylist'.
See Susan's Work or follow her on Instagram @ suzerd7373Sid has been with Aveda and Salon Enso since 2020. Upon graduating cosmetology school, she worked her way through the Academy at SalonEnso, deepening her knowledge base and experience within Aveda and the world of hair. She has continued her education by taking classes in balayage techniques, toning, formal styling, color, and cutting(men's, curly, etc.) Coming from an art background, Sid easily became enamored by the customization of color and the endless possibilities that come with it. However, her favorite part of this career is that she is can express her creativity to the fullest while cultivating meaningful relationships with anyone who sits in her chair. In her free time, you can find her dabbling in anything arts or craft related; in particular creating acrylic pour paintings and collages. She is also a loving cat mom to her precious boy, Big Rick, "the world's most adorable cat".
Follow her on Instagram @ the.liquid.seedWhat lead me to Salon Enso is their passion to make visions a reality! I have been a licensed professional since 2012. My first 4 years were spent in a private salon to set me up for success when I graduated beauty school. I took a break from behind the chair to educate myself on hair replacement. I enjoy making guest feel beautiful so being behind the chair is my passion. I love to advance my techniques and learn the Aveda way. My professional goals moving forward are to step out of my comfort zone and challenge myself to new heights, making great connections and long-term relationships with each guest who sits in my chair.
Tu has been doing hair since 2020. She excels in hair colors, foiling and has a solid foundation in haircutting. She likes to stay educated on all the latest trends and techniques. Her goal is to make her clients feel comfortable and trusted once they sit on her chair. Tu and her husband are avid global travelers and scuba divers, and she would be more than happy to share some stories with you!
Nashaly recently moved to Lancaster from NYC. She graduated from Empire Beauty School in 2022. During her time at Empire she made student of the month in February 2022. She is a member of the 2023 New Talent Stylist in the Salon Enso Academy. Nashaly's favorite services to do are color. She is working to become a color specialist with fashion colors, highlights, balayage and full head colors. She also loves doing curly cuts, being a curly girl herself. Extensions are on her some day list of services. Nashaly's reason for becoming a hair stylist is because she grew up seeing her mom do hair. As she got older her mom started teaching her techniques and was one way they bonded. It made her love for doing hair stronger.
Shiana's passion for hair and beauty has been since she was 11. Often volunteered to do not only her own hair but also her sisters before school and for special occasions. In high school she was her friend groups go to person for color and updos and still is to this day. After high school she pursued a career in the restaurant industry hoping to someday open her own business. Although she still loves cooking and serving, she decided to leave the industry after starting a family and knowing the time demands of that industry would keep her away from home too much. After some soul searching, she decided to go back to her roots and revisit the passion she has for hair. In August 2022 she graduated from Empire Beauty School at the top of her class, with color being her favorite focus. She finds joy in working with people to find the perfect shade, tone, and application to suit them and their lifestyle. In her experience there is no better feeling then helping someone look and feel their best.
